summer stuff

The girls had the opportunity to attend a History Camp in Lebanon and gained a whole new appreciation of life and death.  This year's theme focused on Cemeteries and the life behind those left behind.  They learned amazing facts and the teacher is a retired teacher at Lebanon,; he taught them everything to know about lebanon and the surrounding areas.  We visited the biggest cemetery in Ohio, amongst others, and it was such an eye-opener to the amazing lives people lived before us, giving us the opportunity to live the way we do.  An amazing camp.

a peck of erika's room (taken from erika's eyeview)
fun times, sleepovers are the best!
SMOYFEST, our church festival (entertaining themselves while Rob and I worked at the festival)
Cork took them to the zoo one weekend, at it's absolute hottest, but they somehow held in there!

I'd have to say; Erika has some amazing talent in taking snapshots!
A crocheting lesson- mom needs washcloths!  :)

  1. Hi Melissa,
I love the idea of the Lebanon history camp! This looks like a great summer activity to add to my blog for next year. I am glad the girls had fun.
